Requirement/Limits:

All consumer products sold in Italy must be labeled with the following information:
- The legal name or classified name of the product
- The name/ business name/ trade name of manufacturer or retailer or importer established in the European Union;
- Country of origin;
- Any warnings relating to hazardous substances contained in the product;
- Any instruction or cautionary information pertaining to use of the product; and
- Information relating to product quality or commercial characteristics.

Labeling must be in Italian. In case where the product is sold with no packaging, the aforementioned information must appear on the product itself.

Authorization

Moreover, LCS won many authorized qualifications both domestic and overseas. LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG. LCS had also signed cooperation agreements with FCC, ISED, ETL, CEC, UL, E-Mark, CETECOM, KTC, SAA Approval and many other authoritative institutions, hence we can provide our clients with efficient and professional service for product test and certification.
